How much time does the sale take?

We can usually complete within 14 days from accepting our offer however, we also understand that you may need more time so we will try to fit around your schedule.

Can you guarantee to buy the house and not pull out?

Yes. Once you accept our offer we guarantee to purchase your property. We do not change our minds providing your circumstances do not change.

What if I want to buy back my home??

After purchase, we can make arrangements for you to buy back the property if you wish. We can also help with finances if you need a mortgage.

I do not want to publicise the sale?

We do not advertise the property for sale. We do not install a ‘For Sale’ sign or put adverts in the newspaper or with estate agents. We exercise confidentiality and discretion at all times.

Will you charge any agency fees?

No. There are no fees to pay at all. There are no hidden changes and we are not estate agents.

What if I cannot afford the legal costs?

We will help you with legal fees by giving you £500 towards your legal costs and £500 towards your survey fees.

My house needs major repairs, will you still consider buying it?

We purchase properties in all sorts of disrepair so do not worry about any repairs that need to be done.

What parts of the country do you buy?

Currently, we only purchase property in England and Wales. We will be expanding into Scotland and Northern Ireland very soon.

Do you buy commercial property?

Yes. Our service applies to commercial and residential property.

How much will you pay for my property?

We pay up to 75% of the market value. There will be times where we can pay up to 80% depending on the amount of equity built-in to the property.

My property is about to be repossessed, can you still help?

Yes. We can help stop repossessions and delay any proceedings during our purchase.

I am in arrears, can you still help?

Yes. Providing there is enough equity built into the property we can help clear arears.

Step 1

Fill in the Property Sale form. CLICK HERE.

Step 3

We will call and organise a valuation of the property. The valuation will verify the true market value. (You initially pay for the valuation to the surveyor and we will refund upto £500 on completion of the property).

Step 4

We submit our offer to you and guarantee to purchase the property.

We can send a cheque to your solicitor within 14 days or less. The timescale is determined by the speed of your solicitor and when you want to complete.
