What happens after I have registered using the Investor Enquiry Form?

You will receive a confirmation email to validate your email. Upon confirmation you will be sent a second email with a link to download the PublicAngel BMV Property list.

Will my email be sold to other companies?

No. We have a strict privacy policy. We do not sell or rent your details to any third parties. Your contact details will only be passed onto developers or agents that you have expressed an interest with for their properties. This is for the sole purpose of them contacting you to help you with your enquiries.

What type of BMV properties will be available?

We market all types of properties for our developers and agents. This may include commercial, stock, off plan, key ready or exchange properties both in the UK and abroad.

Do I need to pay membership fees?

No. There are no membership fees payable. There are no fees to register and receive our PublicAngel BMV Property list.

How do PublicAngel earn their fee?

We are paid by the agent/developer for marketing their property.

What happens if I want to go ahead with a purchase of a property from your PublicAngel BMV Property list?

Simply fill in the Property Enquiry Form and the developer or agent will contact you directly to explain the purchase procedure.

Do I need to purchase a minimum number of properties over a certain period of time?

No. You are not under any pressure to purchase any property. You will remain in our Investor database until you wish to be unsubscribed.

How can I be removed from your database?

Simply click the 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom of the email sent to you. You will then be unsubscribed immediately.

Do I need to use PublicAngels or Developers/Agents solicitors?

No. You are welcome to use your own solicitor. However, the properties we market are discounted to achieve a fast completion. We therefore recommend to use our solicitors who are already familiar with a fast completion procedure.

Do I need to use PublicAngels or Developers/Agents mortgage advisor?

No. You are welcome to use your own mortgage advisor. However, the properties we market are discounted to achieve a fast completion. We therefore recommend to use our mortgage advisors who are already familiar with a fast financing procedure.

Are the figures stated in the PublicAngel BMV Property eBrochure list guaranteed?

No. The details of the properties are provided by third party developers and agents and therefore we (PublicAngel Ltd) cannot guarantee them. We advise that the prices are given as a guide and we ask every investor to do their own due diligence and satisfy themselves with prices with their own market research.

Can a non-resident of the UK purchase BMV properties?

Yes. Non residents can purchase the BMV properties. We advise all non residents to do their own research to establish the legality of purchasing in the UK. If you have any further queries on this matter please complete the Mortgage Enquiry Form.
