I am not what you call a typical "standard issue broker" I am innovative pro-active and am always thinking out of the box<br />

Apart from arranging BTL BMV no monies down deals, i am involved in all things commercial and bridging<br />

My fees by the way a mere £250.00 per BTL mortgage Compared to others who charge 1-3% and often have a min fee of £xyz  I enjoy repeat business Charging high fees is a short term fix the valuation fees are variable depending on the lender Based on the valuations fees will range from BOS £280 TO BMS £365  <br />

These brokers who do not provide such a complex service charge more for a simple residential purchase. £250.00 which needs no defending does put things in perspective <br />
SOME property finders charge 1 - 10%   I could easy charge £1,00.00 but choose not to<br />

I have built up a portfolio of 27 properties in the last year using 'below market value' techniques, and now source and 'package' ready made property deals for investors.<br />

Unlike most packagers who have a limited number of lenders on their respective panel's &amp; as such do not cover the whole of the UK BTL market place, I do have access to the whole of the UK market place, as an independent Mortgage Broker, <br />
